Remembrance Day: A Globally Celebrated Day to Remember Those Who Died in War

  On November 11, countries around the world will be celebrating Remembrance Day.  It is on this day that people around the world remember the soldiers that died in World War 2.  These soldiers fought for their country so that people like us could continue to enjoy freedom and happiness of peace in our lands.  But the cost of this freedom was very extreme as millions of soldiers died in the name of liberating the allied countries from the axis.  British commonwealth countries such as England, Canada, Australia, India, Pakistan etc. recognize this day.  War is a terrible thing and the world is at war right now but, war cannot last forever as the wrold would not exist if war took over al the hearts of men.  There are people who love peace and creation and these people will save the world from the destruction of war.  This November 11 is the day we reserve for all the people who love peace in our world.  And it is a day that I reserve to thank God for freeing the world of oppresive and destructive regimes.  May we all remeber the sacrafice that was made in the name of peace, love, hope and charity.
